What is at the top of your bucket list? I definitely want to continue traveling and seeing as much of the world as I can before it’s all over. I still have to get to Asia, Australia, and South America.

What exercise do you love doing in the Reinvention Method? For me, the hardest exercise in the method is the Side Series. It’s also probably the one I need the most. It’s perfect for targeting those “Love Handles,” which is the first place I gain weight.
