Do I need to arrive early for my first class?
Yes, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your first Chaise23 class to get a quick introduction on how to use the equipment. For those that have not been physically active, we recommend taking a private lesson with one of our instructors to learn the equipment so you are stronger, comfortable, and confident in the class to ensure an efficient workout.
What results will I get from a Chaise23 class?
Chaise23 classes will create a well-toned, long, lean, and sculpted body. You will improve flexibility, balance, and coordination—defining the entire body.
Will The Reinvention Method help me loose weight?
While everybody’s body is different, you will see results. Whether it is in inches or pounds lost. Of course results are dependent upon a variety a factors including; consistency with the program and overal diet and nutriton. We also recommend challenging your body by taking a mixture of Reinvention Chair and Cardio Chair classes.
How often should I attend classes at Chaise23?
To see and feel the results, a client should attend class at least 2-3 times a week. However, many of our clients come 4 or more times a week because it just works.
How are the results different from barre/traditional pilates classes?
With the help of the chair and the overhead resistance bungees the Reinvention Method redefines your muscles, by elongating and defining your body from head to toe. You will never have to worry about your legs bulking up and best of all no aches and pains (only the right kind.) Due to our small class sizes you will learn how to workout in the perfect form minimizing your chance of injuries and helping you see results faster.
Who can take classes at Chaise23? Do the workouts benefit men?
Every fitness level is welcome to take class at Chaise23– from someone who has never exercised before to the elite athlete. With this workout system, there is a challenge for everyone. Men will benefit from The Reinvention Method—with concentration on building the core muscles of the body that are not utilized in other workouts.
Can I take classes if I am pregnant?
If you are currently an active person and regularly exercising this program will be perfect for you. Our instructors are experienced and will help you maintain good health and fitness throughout your pregnancy. It is always best to consult your doctor before you begin any new workout program while you are pregnant.
Can I attend class if I am injured?
Depending on the severity of your injury, we recommend that you get clearance from a medical professional as each class uses a piece of equipment. If you are concerned about group classes we also recommend private sessions to help you get comfortable with the equipment and method. That way you will be ready for our group classes in no time.
